(1) The Registrar may appoint any officer employed in the Court to act as a supervisor. (2) Except as stated elsewhere in this regulation, the work, duties and powers of the supervisor shall be as follows:
(a) Timely cleaning of organs by internal inspection in the current missile of the court,
(b) To cause the expeditious execution of the orders of the court in motion,
(c) Monitoring whether the work has been done according to the schedule in the case and giving necessary instructions to the relevant staff,
(d) To identify the issues that are going to exceed the time limit set in the work schedule and inform the registrar about it and complete the work within the specified time according to the instructions received,
(e) submit to the Registrar, if it appears necessary to change the course of the case,
(f) To assist the Registrar in the smooth running of the work of the Court.
